SOUL

When I began my journey-not into the wilderness of the land, but into myself-I was not prepared for the wondrous, life-changing experience that would guide my soul back to being me. My personalized, individual retreat, designed by an Angel Guide, was perfect. Created like a story, with a beginning, middle and end, my adventure began with a meditation with a Sedona guide to set intention.

My holistic pedicure was wonderfully indulgent, and the Shamanic astrology explored past, present, and future, identifying purpose and possibilities. It was however, during my Auyurvedic Abyhanga herbalized oil massage that the true journey began, and the story of who I thought I was, began to melt. From yoga on a sacred mountain with Yana, to ancient energy healing, I felt old wounds fall away.

It was the breath work, however, that was radically empowering, replacing inhibitive thoughts and energies with the life breath -and purpose- of spirit.
