 We
are very pleased to offer an incredible journey to Peru this
spring. It will be a time of experiencing the incredible land
of Peru, as well as traveling and learning the ways of the Shaman
with Jorge
Luis Delgado. Jorge is one of the most important
teachers of our time. He will share with us the teachings he
has accumulated over his lifetime. A native Peruvian Shaman,
Jorge is a Chacaruna – a bridge person, who helps others
to cross from one state of consciousness to another. In his
recently released book Andean Awakening, An Incan
Guide To Mystical Peru, Jorge opens the door to
his mystical homeland as he describes his own journey of awakening.

We will have an opportunity to experience Peru
from the viewpoint of the Shaman. Each day will include journeys
to sacred sites within Peru. Along the way, Jorge will be teaching
us the way of Chararuna. There will be ceremonies to assist
us in entering into a deeper connection with our lives, our
planet and our spiritual path. The time spent each day with
Jorge is a learning experience to be held with deep honor and
gratitude. This will truly be an unforgettable life experience.
Peru is a land steeped in ancient prophecies and
wisdom that is vital for our planet during these times of critical
transition. With this new millennium and the beginning of a
new cosmic age, we stand at the threshold of what Inca prophecies
call “The Return of Pachakuti,” meaning the Return
of the Light. We are now in what is called Pachakuti, the transitional
time that precedes this Return of Light. This is characterized
as a time of great turmoil and change.
 According
to some Inca teachings we are now entering the tenth PachaKuti
(500 year period), a golden age that will be fully activated
in 2012. Many sacred places on the planet are reactivating with
a new spiritual frequency that can help all of us reawaken our
spiritual energy. This new emerging consciousness, known as
Taripaypacha, offers us a time to go within, heal our wounded
past and use the power of our own healing to empower others
to heal.
The teachers in Peru, as well as wisdom teachers
around the globe including the Dalai Lama, now refer to the
Andes as the new spiritual energy center of our planet. For
this reason, Peru is the perfect place for us to focus on planetary
service. In return, the vibration of our personal light will
be raised by the new energy that is pouring into our planet
through the portal of Peru. This invokes a vital Inca teaching,
the process of anyi – giving and receiving.
In addition to our time in Peru, we will travel
to Lake Titicaca, with the fabled Golden Solar Disc of Lemuria
in its depths and to the inter-dimensional Doorway of Amaru
Muru on its shore. The Lake Region is believed to be a contact
point for the new heart energies of love, peace, unity, harmony
and inter-connection now entering the Earth plane.
 Legend
and the writings of Edgar Casey hold that the Golden Solar Disc
from the Temple of Illumination was brought to Lake Titicaca
from the continent of Lemuria many millennia before the time
of the Incas. This Disc has is said to have been lying dormant
for five hundred years in the waters of Lake Titicaca. It has
been foretold that it will reactivate during this time and will
act as a portal, funneling Light transmissions into Earth from
the center of our galaxy. This Light is the spiritual food for
opening our sacred heart centers and aiding us in our reawakening.
On this journey to Peru, the planetary heart center,
we also take the shaman’s journey inward within ourselves.
We will work to explore our depths, to rediscover our essence,
to remember who we are, why we are here at this time and to
find our place of service. Simply by placing ourselves in the
center of this powerful, mystical energy in Peru, shifts and
elevations will occur within us.
You are invited to join this transformational
journey, walking with the Inca path. We will spend our time
toning, in meditation, ritual, ceremony and intention to open
a doorway to other dimensions within us and to build a bridge
to the inner world, where shifts in consciousness occur.
It is our intention that this pilgrimage provides
time to absorb and assimilate what is being seen and experienced.
We like to think of the journey as a pilgrimage and the participants
as pilgrims. What distinguishes a pilgrim from any other traveler
is that he or she dedicates the journey to a spiritual (higher)
purpose and anticipates an exchange with this special place
– both in receiving something from the land and all it
holds, as well as giving something in return.
Our Pilgrimage to the Sacred Andes is guided by
Shaman Jorge Luis Delgado, Tom
and Debra Margrave and joined on occasion by native healers
and other shamans. Together they will guide the group in specific
rituals, meditations, and shamanic practices to experience and
honor the energies of these powerful places.
