Price:
$3795* per person (double occupancy)
Single Supplement - $800
Double occupancy means the pricing is based on
2 people sharing a room. Please note if you are traveling alone
and prefer not to incur the additional cost of the single supplement,
let us know since most of the time we can match you up with
another tour member as a roommate. Otherwise, you can do the
Single Supplement, which means you can have your own private
room in the hotels for an additional $800.
The price includes:
- A fully guided tour featuring author
and Shaman Jorge Luis Delgado
- 13 nights accommodations at hotels and
lodges
- Three air flights within Peru
- All group transportation within Peru
- Breakfast each morning
- Four lunches and eight dinners
- Meditation sessions, guided spiritual
processes
- All entrance fees for group excursions
listed in the Detailed Itinerary
Not included:
- Some meals (see Detailed
Itinerary)
- All beverages
- Airport departure taxes (about $50)
- Gratuities
- Shopping
- Travel Insurance - highly recommended
but not included
- International Flights
Regarding International
Flights:
International flights from the USA to Lima, Peru are not included
in this price. In this way you can fly the most direct and affordable
way from your home city to/from Lima. Plan to arrive in Lima
on April 27. Most flights arrive in Lima late in the evening
where you will be met and transferred to the Hotel. For your
return flight on May 10th, plan to depart near midnight. Most
flights returning to the USA depart Lima between 11:30pm-2:00am.
Please note: If you are leaving after
midnight, you will be leaving on May 11, 2008. We strongly recommend
that you contact our office BEFORE booking your final flight
arrangements to insure proper booking and timely arrival and
departure from Peru. We are happy to assist you in coordinating
with our program planning.
A deposit of $1000 per
person reserves your place on the tour.
The balance of the tour price including any additional
optional costs (like single supplement), must be paid in full
by March 27. The quoted price above is for checks or money orders
only. See below if paying by credit card. Please make your check
payable to Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc. $200 of the deposit
is non-refundable. This will be a small group and we operate
on a first come-first served basis. We anticipate that the tour
will sell out. We would strongly advise you make your deposit
as soon as possible.

If you wish, you may pay using Visa or Mastercard. In that event,
the cost is as follows:
Tour Price: $3930 (Initial Deposit $1035)
Tour with Single Supplement: $4760 (Initial Deposit $1035)

*Price quoted is good through March 1, 2008. After March 1,
prices are subject to change. Significant increases in airfare
or other costs not within our control may result in higher prices.
