Information Collection
and Use
Visitors to the SedonaSoulAdventures.com site are presented
with an email opt-in form inviting them to receive a special
report entitled The 7 Secrets to Sedona
and at the same time subscribe to our free email newsletter
by providing their name and email address. The email opt-in
form appears at the bottom of most pages in the site including
this page. By submitting a name and email address, visitors
are enrolled to receive the special report and newsletter.
The submitted information is transmitted to 1ShoppingCart.com,
our vendor for providing bulk emailing services. 1ShoppingCart.com
also securely stores all information collected from the email
opt-in and subscription forms on their servers. We chose 1ShoppingCart.com
to provide our emailing services because of their adherence
to recognized industry standards and their committment to protecting

How We Use Your Information
Sedona Soul Adventures' primary purpose for collecting information
from visitors to our site is to provide us with a way to stay
in touch with our visitors and friends via email updates. Sedona
Soul Adventures does not share, sell or rent our email list
to any outside third party. All email updates from Sedona Soul
Adventures are clearly branded and marked as such.
When you complete the subscription form we will
share with you what's new with Sedona Soul Adventures, the latest
happenings in the Sedona area and significant developments within
the global spiritual community.
These updates will come to you in three formats:
- Brief email notices on an intermittent basis
- Our newsletter, Spirit of Sedona, which we
send out on a monthly basis
- Occasional offers from us on behalf of our
marketing partners that we feel will be of interest to our
users
Cookies
Sedona Soul Adventures may use transient or "per-session"
cookies to do things like display different toll-free phone
numbers to users arriving from different search engines for
the purpose of tracking our marketing efforts. Transient cookies
served on the Sedona Soul Adventures site are temporary and
do not collect any personally identifiable information about
the user while on our site. These transient cookies vanish as
soon as the user leaves the site or closes their browser.
Pixel Tags
Sedona Soul Adventures does not use pixel tags on our web site.
Our email messages may contain pixel tags for the sole purpose

been viewed. This helps us optimize the size of our email messages
and conserve bandwidth.
Log Files
We use IP addresses collected in the web server log to analyze
trends, administer the site, track user's movement through our

use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable

To Unsubscribe From Email
Updates
Users may request to be removed from our list at any time by
using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email from
Sedona Soul Adventures. Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately
but because of time lags due to scheduling, users may occasionally
receive from us an additional email message that is already
"in the pipeline." Alternatively, you may also contact

Security
Sedona Soul Adventures takes every precaution to protect our
users' information. When users submit information via the website,
their information is protected both online and off-line. Sedona
Soul Adventures does not directly collect sensitive data like
credit card information or Social Security numbers through our
site. As a result, Sedona Soul Adventures is not a high profile
target for data theft. Nevertheless, we take very seriously
our responsibility to protect your private information.
Internally, we restrict access to user's personally
identifiable information. It is only available to trusted employees
who access the information in the course of their jobs. These
employees are limited in number and are committed to our privacy
and security policies. Finally, the servers on which we store
personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment,
