Tour Price:
Before January 15, 2011: $4550* per person based on double occupancy (two people sharing a hotel room)
January 15, 2011 & after: $4760* per person based on double occupancy (two people sharing a hotel room)
Single Supplement - $850 (Your own room in the hotels)
Does NOT include Airfare to and from Lima (see below)
Double occupancy means the pricing is based on 2 people sharing a room. Please let us know if you are traveling alone and would like us to connect you with a roommate. Otherwise, you can do the Single Supplement, which means you can have your own private room in the hotels for an additional $850.
The price includes:
- A fully guided tour featuring author and Shaman Jorge Luis Delgado
- 13 nights accommodations at hotels and lodges
- Three air flights within Peru
- Group transportation from Lima airport to Hotel
- All group transportation within Peru
- Breakfast each morning
- Dinner each evening (except one evening in Machu Picchu, where lunch is included that day)
- Meditation sessions, guided spiritual processes
- Travel Insurance
- All entrance fees for group excursions listed in the Detailed Itinerary
Not included:

- All beverages
- Airport departure taxes (approximately $50 depending upon luggage weight)

- Shopping
- Trip Cancellation Insurance - highly recommended but not included
- International Flights
Regarding International Flights:
International flights from the USA to Lima, Peru are not included in this price. In this way you can fly the most direct and affordable way from your home city to/from Lima. Plan to arrive in Lima on April 23, 2011. Most flights arrive in Lima in the evening and you will be met and transferred to the Hotel (which is literally 10 steps across the street from the airport). For your return flight on May 6, 2011, plan to depart after 10 pm. Most flights returning to the USA depart Lima between 11:30 pm - 2:00 am. DO NOT schedule your flight on May 6, 2011 prior to 10 pm, as we do not arrive in Lima until after 6 pm that day. Please note: If you are leaving after midnight, you will be leaving on May 7, 2011. We strongly recommend that you contact our office BEFORE booking your final flight arrangements to insure proper booking and timely arrival and departure from Peru. We are happy to assist you in coordinating with our program planning.
DEPOSIT - $1000* per person
Balance Due February 15, 2011
A deposit of $1000 per person reserves your place on the tour. The balance of the tour price including any additional optional costs (like Single Supplement), must be paid in full by February 15, 2011. The quoted price above is for checks or money orders only. See below if paying by credit card. Please make your check payable to Sedona Soul Adventures, Inc. $350 of the deposit is non-refundable. This will be a small group and we operate on a first come-first served basis. We anticipate that the tour will sell out. We would strongly advise you make your deposit as soon as possible.

Making Monthly Payments:
If you wish to make monthly payments, you may do so. Simply divide the total cost by the number of months up to February 15, 2011. We can also set up automatic payments on your credit card. Please call our office to make these arrangements.
